Rybník: Malá Žabka
Malá Žabka (1.1 ha) is one of the ponds in the Toto-Karo Nature Monument
The main objects of protection are macrophyte communities associated with oligotrophic to mesotrophic standing waters (e.g. spiny pondweed) and stands of antlered plants. The whole area is an important breeding ground for littoral-associated bird species. It also supports a large population of amphibians, particularly the common marten and the great crested newt.
